Juventus step up Carlos Tevez interest as AC Milan distance themselves from Man City striker

Juve officials are reportedly flying to England for talks while Milan 'don't have room' for Manchester City forward

Juve got a friend: Officials from Juventus flying to England to complete £10.2m deal

Juventus have stepped up their efforts to sign Carlos Tevez - as AC Milan cool their interest.
The Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Juventus officials are flying to England for talks with Manchester City about Tevez.
The Serie A champions are ready to pay £10.2m for the Argentine striker, who has just one year left on his £196,000-a-week City contract.
Gazzetta claim City are holding out for £12.75m for the former Manchester United hitman.
Milan tried to sign Tevez in January, but CEO and vice-president Adriano Galliani claims they now don't have room for him at the San Siro.
"We are not interested in Tevez at this moment in time," said Galliani. "We can't do anything given that we already have seven attackers in our squad."
Tevez is believed to be open to the idea of staying at City for at least another season if he is part of new boss Manuel Pellegrini's plans.
He is due to meet Pellegrini when the Chilean finally arrives in Manchester next week to discuss his future.
